Take time to connect with your, breath, open, soften and strengthen your heart, mind and Physical form. Learn how to apply the Anusara© "Universal Principals of Alignment¨ in a variety of asana's from the Anusara© syllabus. This practice will open and expand you to new levels of sensitivity. In these classes we will deeply explore how we align our physical form with our highest intentions into joyful expressions of yoga Asana. The level 1-2 and 1-3 classes are perfect for students who have been studying basics for a while and are ready to move into more variety of asana and a moderate vinyasa practice. More experienced practitioners will be given options for more challenging variations that will serve to inspire the whole class.

Aloha Friday! Honoring and celebrating the generosity and Beauty of Hawaii and it's people. Offering gratitude and deep appreciation for the incredible gift to spend time living. Loving, playing and attuning with the Glorious Spirit of the Hawaiian Islands. We will also explore some of the rich legends of Gods and Goddesses of Hawaii and learn to embody some of their great attributes in our asana celebration.
